| Running: | Males under 30 Years of Age: 1 mile in 10 min Males above 30 Years of Age & Females: 1 mile in 12 min |
| Sit-ups & Push-ups: | 25 per minute (except females) |
| Height: | 5 feet 4 inches except for DERT Rescuers Height for females of all cadres is 5 Feet |
| Chest: | For males of all cadres should not be less than 33 inches except for DERT Rescuers |
