- Applications on the following prescribed form enclosing attested copies of educational and post-qualification relevant experience certificates, along with two (02) passport-size photographs and a detailed CV must reach to the office of Director (HRM), Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi 75020.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Experience of the candidate(s) should be as post-qualification.
- No TA/DA will be allowed for test/interview.
- Relaxation in age will be considered as per rules applicable in PQA.
- Minorities and women quota will be observed as per rules.
- The Authority reserves the right to cancel the process of hiring partially or completely.
- The Authority reserves the rights to increase or decrease the number of post(s).
- Applicants serving in Government/Semi Government departments or autonomous bodies are required to apply through proper channel with NOC of their organization concerned.
- Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be considered.
- Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should send their applications in a separate envelope clearly. mentioned the names of post on envelopes.
- Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.
- The contract appointment shall be extendable for further period, subject to satisfactory performance. The appointee shall have no right to claim regularization against respective post(s).
