Pakistan Post Office has released the roll number slips, test syllabus and call letters to the selected candidates for the written exam, who applied for the jobs announced in August 2022 for various vacancies.
The written exam will take place on February 5, 2023 (Sunday) and will consist of two papers: Paper I (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) covering English (Essay, Precis, and Drafting), and Paper II (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM) covering Pakistan Studies & Islamic Studies. The full syllabus is included in the call letters and is specific to each position, which range from Assistant to Attendant and are categorized from BPS-4 to BPS-14.
The written exam pattern may vary slightly for lower posts, but details can be found on the roll number slips. Candidates must bring their original CNIC and call letter to the examination hall. Failing to do so will result in being unable to take the exam.

The Pakistan Studies portion will encompass topics such as the emergence of Pakistan, geography, natural resources, agriculture, education, etc. The Islamic Studies portion will focus on fundamental Quranic teachings, the life and works of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), basic Islamic principles and values.
