1. Management Trainee Officers (MTO)
- Gender: Both Male & Female
- Age Limit: 28 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Training Duration: 06 months
- Salary: Rs.35,000/-

- Selected candidates will undergo six months rigorous training in different departments of the Bank.
- After training, MTOs will be inducted in the Bank’s regular cadre of Officer Grade-II (OG-II) with salary fixation as per market benchmark ad they will be entitled to all other benefits as per HR policies of the Bank.
