1. Management Trainee Officers (MTO)

  • Gender: Both Male & Female
  • Age Limit: 28 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Training Duration: 06 months
  • Salary: Rs.35,000/-

  2. Written test fee is Rs.500/-. Details of fee submission process is available on NTS website.
  3. Test fee shall be paid at 1Link 1Bill Participating Banks/ ATM/ Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking/ Easypaisa/ Jazz Cash/ TCS Express Counters.
  4. Selected candidates will undergo six months rigorous training in different departments of the Bank.
  5. After training, MTOs will be inducted in the Bank’s regular cadre of Officer Grade-II (OG-II) with salary fixation as per market benchmark ad they will be entitled to all other benefits as per HR policies of the Bank.
